Long time...no post.

Hmm, I have a blog, now I remember :). I joke, I just have had my hands tied with other things now. A lot has changed since my last post, nerfs, buffs, bad arena seasons, leveling to eighty, etc.. So here's some story, if you want to hear about PvP just skip the next few paragraphs.

So leveling to eighty was a total breeze as a retribution paladin, I left my girlfriend behind, she didn't like it, but I HAD TO HIT EIGHTY!!! I ended up getting there in three days, falling just an hour behind my friend, and missing first paladin to eighty by two and a half hours, with Holybeatrix (Alliance, and transferred off), and some other guy. Had to say "buh bye" to my sexy season three and four gear after I hit seventy-eight or so, to replace it with the crafted saronite set, uglier, but better, so whatever.

I sat at eighty for a good bit of time, leveling proffesions, crafting/collecting gear, and looking for a raiding guild. I stumbled across Twilight, a break off guild of some members and alts from Rage. Thing were going well then, I sat at second on the DPS charts for overall and every boss fight if not first, every week, only to be bested by the death knight in the guild, Evoarthas on most occasions. We started small, clearing ten man Naxxramas, gearing up as we went, and as we started to gain momentum, we began twenty-five man Naxx, with a lot of new recruits, we were good to go. Things went well for a while, becoming rank eight on the server, suddenly however, after failing on several occasions at three drake Sartharion, the guild started to fall apart, people stopped showing up, generally failing, etc.. I became fed up with feeling like a handful of raiders and I were carrying people, so I voiced my opinion, and out I went. This was the end of my newly started raiding "career", but I didn't care, arena had started, and that's all I did in Burning Crusade, so good riddance.

So where do I start here? Just, wow, that was the worst arena season I had participated in. With the months of Naxxramas raiding, everyone and their mother were decked out in the best of the best PvE gear. Since my raiding experience had been cut short, I was not one of the spoiled people with their Kel'thuzad twenty-five man weapons, so here I was, collecting Hateful and Deadly peices, getting crushed by Death Knights and Holy Paladins in their full PvE gear, doing 3x the damage I could have. I went through two healers this season, Neverready, a discipline priest, and Dravix, a resto shaman. One went well, the other not so much. I'm just glad the season is over, good riddance, everyone is better off after it ended.

Well, here I am now, season six, doing fairly well at this moment. I have sadly gone through two 2v2 teammates thus far, the first, a resto druid, Abevv, and the second, a resto shaman, Crondon. They have both stopped playing for different reasons, but I found a replacement druid, who has not been on a lot, but we are sitting at 2212 rating at this moment, so I'm satisfied. In 3v3, I have recently joined a team with a rogue and resto shaman, and after three nights of game-play we are at 2053, so I see us getting a bit farther, perhaps gladiator, but I don't care really, I just enjoy playing with the guys, both are cool, and don't feign a disconnect after a few losses. I have my 1850 rated weapon, and shoulders, so I'm looking good ;). Hopefully I get some people reading this stuff soon, I'd like to chat about all things paladin, which I wanted to do at first, but ended up losing interest in the blog. Talk to you all soon.
